The pain is felt in the legs of lactic acid. If it bothers you when you finished with the game, raising the legs.
So, yes, you're building muscle, not so much as you would if you were lifting weights, but is much stronger. But not so much physically bigger.

is actually the recovery of body glucose in the muscles and you have tons of it to use, and glucose is what fuels their muscle movements. so yes it is stronger and endurance (the ability to take increasingly longer).

enough. Remember that no matter how in this season, not when it is between the stations managed again with the start of next season's pain. In addition, make sure that only take and not feel the pain seriously.

Yes, the pain is only the construction of the lactic acid in the muscles, tiny cracks in the muscles of the DC. to strengthen. works just like you are doing wieght room int to strengthen the legs

From your question .. I think I know the answer. Yes, you have the gym. The more muscle you build will have more time to destroy, too. Hurt so after each game.
