Wedding Vendor Contract Templates Creating A Wedding Vendor Contract For Musician?

Creating a wedding vendor contract for musician? - wedding vendor contract templates

We are looking for a musician to be played at our wedding. Do not do it professionally, but rather a friend of my mother. He has no contract, but the friend that I ... I would rather that his words.

Can someone lead me to a sample / template for the marriage contract for musicians, which could be used? Or, give me their opinion to be what is contained in the contract? I'm not going to forget something, then bites me in the ass later.

Thank you for your answers!

Here are some examples, depending on the depth at which he wants his contract. Concrete things, the time / date, payment amount and the date / s, because) the duration of the music, the kind of music, certain songs (if applicable, or the type of music, and a certificate from signature that says what's on if one of you will be declared invalid (the best plan if you change the date, or need to cancel) and that both parties agree to exchange information.

Our DJ is one of the best friends of my friend. That being said I always had as a contract that says it has to give:

1) The hours are there
Tip 2) is not included in the price
3) No additional cost if you go over 10 minutes
4) Who should be punctual and be prepared to know our names and wedding
Hope this helps

I do not have a template, but must be the time comes, will have the weather play and how long it goes. He should also take what the team and what it provides. Add the amount of the deposit and final payment is when it is paid. Finally, to understand something about this, what will happen if he should be able to provide contractual services for any reason, or if you should change or cancel the event. The contract must not only accept, but a clear direction for him.
